5. JOBFI Submits Your Application to the Sponsor
Your application is reviewed and forwarded to a sponsor for evaluation.
6. CV Evaluation by the Sponsor
The sponsor carefully reviews your CV.
7. If Rejected by the Sponsor
If your application is not approved, you will receive an email notification.
8. If Approved by the Sponsor
The sponsor contacts you directly to schedule your first interview.
9. First Interview with the Sponsor
If the interview goes well, your profile is forwarded to the employer.
10. Employer Schedules an Interview
After approval by the employer, an official interview is arranged.
11. Guidance and Support
Your sponsor guides you throughout the hiring process and assists with employer communication.
12. Agreement on Basic Terms
You, the sponsor, and the employer finalize the following details:
- Salary
- Work Permit
- Visa
- Accommodation
13. Accommodation is Arranged
Once your accommodation is arranged, the visa and work permit processes begin.
14. Document Completion
After all documents are completed, you're ready to move to Europe and start your new career!
